TheMana Village Phase 2

This is a renovation project of the hotel "TheMana Village" located at the tip of Ashizuri Cape in Kochi Prefecture. Starting in 2020, the former Ashizuri Pacific Hotel will be reborn as a new “TheMana Village”.

In the 2022 project, we have expanded the Italian restaurant “Assurrissimo” with 5 new types of guest rooms. Some of the new guest rooms are twin-type rooms with a large space of 96 square meters, equipped with a private sauna, water bath, open-air bath, and a special room with a fireplace in the room.

Aiming to be one of the best resort hotels in Asia, this renovation project aims to provide a special accommodation experience. , is an ongoing project leading to the next renovation.

The goal is to transform a long-established hotel that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era into one of Asia's leading resort hotels, and to attract attention to a place far away from the central city of Ashizuri Cape, a special ability to communicate is necessary. We started the project in response to the thoughts of the ARTH Group Co., Ltd. (Tosashimizu Resort LLC).

Even though the building is old, the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean continues to impress the hearts of visitors. We believe that the role of this hotel is to support this simple moving experience, and we aimed to refurbish it so that guests can enjoy the superb view.

Starting with renovating the unused rooftop pool into a terrace seat of a restaurant overlooking the horizon of the Pacific Ocean, the refurbishment of all guest rooms with ocean views connects two guest rooms to create a single room. The large bed, desk, sofa, and washbasin are all arranged so that you can see the sea.

The moment you wake up in the morning, while you are reading a book, or while you are brushing your teeth, the expanse of ocean spreads out in front of you every moment, providing guests with a relaxing time that cannot be experienced in the city. doing.
