We assisted in the design and construction work associated with the relocation of "Sabatini di Firenze", a superb orthodox Italian restaurant with a history of over 100 years in Italy and nearly 40 years in Ginza where you can taste the essence of Tuscan cuisine. .
With the concept design concept of "connection", the new Sabatini style is based on the tradition of using old things and trying new things to innovate, rather than passing on the old things as they are to future generations. By redefining it, we have realized a new "Sabatini di Firenze" that meets the expectations of customers who have patronized Sabatini until now.
