LINE Corporation (currently LINE Yahoo Corporation) Yotsuya Office Expansion Project

LINE (currently LINE Yahoo), which develops and provides a wide variety of IT services, has opened a new office in Yotsuya and established its headquarters in order to cope with the increase in employees due to business expansion and to further improve operational efficiency. It was a large-scale project consisting of 10 floors. Based on the common concept design concept of the company's offices, ``A space that creates WOW,'' there is a reception and cafe space on the 23rd floor, and a mobile space on the top floor (30th floor) where LINERs (employees) can freely rearrange and hold meetings. Placement. The office area also incorporates a highly functional concept design to create a comfortable workplace.
Responsible for all stacking, layout, interiors concept design, architectural design, and facility planning for a total floor area of 21,435.20 m2 (approximately 6,500 tsubo). During construction, we also produced fixtures and fittings.

Since the IT market is an industry in which business expansion occurs frequently, we were asked to create a comfortable and diverse office space that looks ahead to the future. Among them, we wanted a design that takes design and cost into account while making it a flexible and transformable plan.

Based on the concept of scalability, flexibility, and furnishing, we pursued LINE modules from steel partitions to FF&E. I considered to be able to divert everything. Considering the conversion of furniture from other bases, the products designed in this project are based on humble materials that are easy to integrate with other bases. In addition, the simple concept design, which is easy to find compatibility with, is focused on details to improve the completeness of concept design, and in terms of cost, we have realized a subdued investment plan by making the most of the existing infrastructure.
