hotel koe tokyo is a place that embodies the brand concept of the lifestyle brand "koe", "new basic for new culture".
A hotel-type store concept design from a global perspective that looks at "now" and "future", and "Japan" and "world".
Centered around stay/fashion/music and food, he creates a fusion of the ordinary and the extraordinary and a new culture.
As a construction company, we helped Stripe International and Suppose concept design Office, a design company, give form to their thoughts and ideas.

[Customer issues]
The challenge was to understand the worldview of Stripe International and the design company, Suppose concept design Office, and to embody it, including how to create it.
While being conscious of the investment in the project, we made optimal proposals on how to make and the construction method from the viewpoint of construction.

【solution】
In response to the above issues, we proposed a wide variety of materials, created samples, shared images, and had repeated meetings with Suppose concept design Office about construction methods.
In addition, we made proposals that were conscious of project investment, responded to changes in specifications as needed and promptly, and played a role as a construction company until the opening of business by being conscious of the schedule.
