Eye Construction Eye Fit Utsunomiya

We were in charge of design, layout, building execution of the hands-on housing showroom, which is the 5th store in Japan for Ai Komuten.
This store is located on the 5th floor of Tonarie Utsunomiya, located in front of Utsunomiya Station in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, and utilizes approximately 132 tsubo (about 132 tsubo). I am sending out information. The showroom is more compact than conventional stores, making it easy to use and find. In terms of concept design, interiors is displays with motifs of Oya stone and Tochigi leather, and the latest housing equipment, interior building materials, exterior walls, roofs, sashes, etc. The showroom has a corner where you can experience AR, and you can know "why people choose AI Komuten".

・We received a request for a concept design proposal regarding the creation of a space that incorporates elements that make use of regional characteristics.
・We received a request for an displays proposal to let customers feel the high design capabilities of AI Komuten and our superiority compared to other companies.

・We have created an environment where you can feel “Tochigi” by concept design interiors materials and craft motifs that are special to Tochigi.
・In order to make customers more aware of our design capabilities and superiority, we have newly introduced an AR content displays using models of actual projects, focusing on the appeal of skip design.

We have proposed various mechanisms that can appeal to customers. In particular, I feel that we were able to create great added value by expanding the possibilities of multi-layered spaces.
