大光電機株式会社様 本社オフィス（5階・6階）のリニューアルプロジェクトです。約20年ぶりとなる本社機能の刷新に当たり、当社の東京・大阪のメンバーが連携し、経営戦略や今後の働き方、企業文化についてのヒアリングや現地視察、ワークショップを通じて現状と課題を整理し目指すべきワークプレイス像を明確化しました。また、大光電機様の照明設計チームTACTと協働し、光の提案を軸とした空間づくりを展開しました。社員一人ひとりが「ひかり」に向き合い、その価値を体感し、語ることのできる場を目指しました。

We were responsible for the entire process, from design, layout and planning to interiors construction, for Head Office relocation project of Ai Kogyo, a house builder based in Osaka with operations nationwide. Ai Kogyo aims to create a space that allows people to experience their unique character and corporate culture, prioritizing the enhancement of their corporate image and constructing concept design that inspires trust and pride.

As part of a renovation project for Kanatsu Giken Kogyo, a general construction company in Shimane Prefecture, we created an unprecedented office space that harmonizes nature and technology.

NANKAI reconstructed the common meeting room area of Parks Tower, an office building adjacent to Namba Parks in Osaka, as the "PARKS PATIO" lounge for employees. The space is designed as a "special backyard for workers" in response to the lush greenery of Parks Garden, the symbol of Namba Parks. As a place that workers use on a daily basis, we have created an environment that accommodates not only meetings and work, but also various ways of spending time, such as taking a break or changing one's mind. Through a worker-participatory production process, artwork using plants in the garden, and sound effects that incorporate the environmental sounds of the rail line, we aim to enhance the overall value of the office building and the worker experience, while incorporating a space for physical and mental conditioning within the convenience of the city. We were in charge of planning design, layout and production construction.

This project involved the renovation of the common areas of the office spaces in the Shinagawa Grand Central Tower, located at the Konan Exit of Shinagawa Station in Tokyo. Our company was responsible for everything from the design to construction of interiors and signage, and we have been progressively renovating a total of 18 floors since 2019. The objective of this project was to enhance the value of the building by refreshing the common areas of the office spaces and thereby attract tenants. To achieve this, we incorporated materials that combine hardness and softness in a balanced way, and set concept design concept as a "semi-private space that connects private life and work." The richly textured interiors finishes have created an office environment that is comfortable for tenants and attractive to companies, contributing to the enhancement of the building's value.

This is a renovation project for the 24th floor of Okamura's head-washed office "We Labo", which handles office furniture and store fixtures. For the complete renovation of the first floor, under the design of Okamura's creative team, we were in charge of the construction of the interiors construction work.

We have newly installed a conference room and waiting lounge space for recruitment interviews at NOMURA Co.,Ltd. Head Office building. As we anticipate that those who use this space will be feeling nervous, we aimed to create an environment where everyone can relax and perform at their best, while also creating an atmosphere that will make interviewees think, "I want to work at NOMURA Co.,Ltd."

This project involved the opening of "Lawson S KDDI Takanawa Head Office Store," a cashier-less pilot store located on the employee-only floor of KDDI's new Head Office. Our Content Integration Center (CIC) leveraged its high level of expertise and experience in technology to support the system development and concept design of the store. Because users are limited to KDDI employees, the store utilizes the "Office Lawson App," which allows for payment without waiting in line at a register, creating a store that provides value that contributes to improving the productivity of office workers. In addition, delivery robots have been introduced to conduct mobile sales within the office. The robots move between floors using elevators, so customers can purchase products without having to stop by the store, making it a store truly worthy of being called a "testing ground for the future."

With the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of the office area of JR Central Towers, which is directly connected to Nagoya Station, we renovated the lobby and installed a lounge. The lobby was renovated into a space that stands out as the face of the office area, and the lounge on the 34th floor was created under the concept of "Towers Maison Lounge," taking advantage of the views that can only be enjoyed from high floors, creating a place where office workers can relax.

This is a Tokyo Head Office relocation project of Toman Toys, which handles the planning, manufacturing, sales, and consulting business of character miscellaneous goods and toys. Against the backdrop of rapid business growth, we started with the aim of expanding our office and rebranding our company, and we were in charge of construction from concept design design to interiors and construction work. Based on the "creative power" and "trust" that Toman Toys has built up so far, we are creating a new face of the company with an eye on future growth while valuing a friendly and soft corporate image. The layout plan reflects the company culture of closeness and friendliness in the spatial composition. concept design used a combination of materials in a one-tone color based on wood to express the intellectual atmosphere of an idea company. In addition, FF&E coordination based on Scandinavian furniture fosters a soft atmosphere of the corporate image. The corporate colors incorporated throughout as accents create a sense of unity throughout the space, creating a one-of-a-kind office.

This is an office renovation project for Star Micronics, Head Office headquartered in Shizuoka City, whose purpose is to "contribute to the sustainable development of society as a 'great small and medium-sized enterprise' that challenges the world." The seven-story Head Office was initially operated in 2018 with open offices on the first to sixth floors and a prestigious, confidential executive floor on the seventh floor. Six years later, in 2024, in order to accommodate the increase in the number of employees and changes in work styles, it was decided to operate the seventh floor as office space as well. Based on the request, we collaborated with Kiuchi Construction, which is also Star Micronics' prosperity partner, to propose, design, and construction, and it reopened in February 2025. The plan, which places a 40-seat quiet work area on the east side, an active area for lively discussions on the west side, private executive offices on the south side, and an executive meeting room (normally an office area) on the north side, with a light court in the center of the floor, provides a sense of openness while ensuring an appropriate distance between different areas.

AINEC has relocated Head Office to Frontier Meieki, an environmentally conscious and advanced office building located in Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya. The concept is "Hope of Light," reflecting the new beginning and hopeful future that the company will experience in a space where its symbolic color, "AINEC Blue," and light intertwine. The office space features an advanced design that fuses environmental considerations with concept design, and uses "light," "blue," and "environmentally friendly materials" as concept design elements to create a place that embodies the company's purpose and vision. Under the direction of Taki Tanaka, CEO of IZA, who is in charge of AINEC's branding, a symbolic "light" art installation was created in the reception area in collaboration with Takahiro Matsuo, CEO of LUCENT Inc (artwork), and Setsuya Kurotaki, CEO of NOiR inc (sound concept design). Furthermore, the gentle AINEC Blue envelops the entire office, fostering a sense of unity and connection among all those who gather here. In addition, for the raised access floor, the existing subfloor was cleaned and reused, reducing the environmental impact by eliminating the need for finishing materials. For the wall materials, cement tiles made from recycled waste such as coal ash from thermal power plants and used coffee grounds were used. Our company was in charge of the design and construction.

Sorappa, which opened in Gran Green Osaka, is a lounge exclusively for workers, consisting of a dining area, a café that doubles as a workspace, and a terrace. The dining area is an open space with a 7m-high window that overlooks the Umekita Park, making it suitable for groups to use without worrying about others around them. The open space extends from the café to the terrace, and on sunny days you can enjoy a relaxing cafe time while looking at the beautiful view.

THE SEVEN is involved in planning and developing content for the global market and producing a variety of entertainment businesses. The company has recently expanded its floor space to create a groundbreaking office for further creative enhancement. The office is designed to consistently consolidate all functions of video production from planning to final checks in a single space, and to ensure that we continue to respond to extremely high-quality video, we place the utmost importance on the quality check process. For this reason, the preview room is equipped with an 8K projector and Dolby Atmos* 7.1.4 sound system to enable highly accurate correction instructions based on the highest quality video and sound checks, further improving quality. In terms of design, we aimed for a concept design that is both beautiful and unusual, based on the keywords "beautiful concept design like a video" and "science fiction (SF). In order to avoid uniformity of expression, we incorporated hand-drawn sensual forms in various parts of the design, but also created a consistent regularity to maintain a comfortable balance in the space through repeated verification. concept design The TBS TV concept design Center was in charge of the design work and interiors ・Fixtures, electrical, plumbing, and signage graphic work by TBS TV. We achieved smooth promotion and completion of the project by building good communication with TBS TV concept design Center and other construction vendors, while taking advantage of our strength to consistently demonstrate our design construction capabilities. *Dolby Atmos: The use of overhead and upward-facing speakers to create a three-dimensional soundscape.

This is a renovation project for the Omiya Center Building, located at the west exit of Omiya Station, one of Japan's leading terminal stations. After conducting a survey of the area around Omiya Station and identifying the challenges of the building, which is over 30 years old, we adopted the theme of "balancing dignity and comfort" for the renovation concept design. Throughout the renovation process, we focused on improving the satisfaction of existing tenants and aimed to enhance the building's presence in terms of functionality and concept design compared to surrounding buildings. By harmoniously balancing the "dignity" inherent in the existing stone materials with the "comfort" created by lighter materials, we minimized waste disposal due to demolition and created a cost-effective concept design that is mindful of sustainability through the fusion of old and new materials.
