SUUTA Co., Ltd. Office

The Realize Group, which develops various businesses, mainly in the fund business, has established a new company called SUUTA, which operates a rental platform. SUUTA aims to shift all things from "consumption" to "recycling," proposing a light lifestyle of "living without possessions" from the user's perspective, while from the seller's perspective, it conveys a new value in which everything you own can become an investment target. In the company's new office, the aim was to create a space where each employee could experience "what it means for things to circulate and increase in value" while working, deepening their understanding of the company's business and making it their own as a user.

- I would like to create an office where each employee can understand the services provided by the company and gain a deeper understanding of the significance of those services while working.
・Now that remote work is becoming mainstream, I would like to see companies add value to their offices so that people will want to come to work.

For this project, we did not use any office furniture manufacturer products, and instead adhered to concept design concept of "OVER TIME," we created an office using only items whose value has been passed down over time. For example, by keeping a consistent concept, such as historic antique furniture and furnishings, classic chairs whose concept design have been loved for a long time, and materials that improve with age, employees can understand what value lasts over time. We attempted to concept design a space and implement a program that would allow each person to speak in their own words. I am also in charge of concept design the corporate logo, which is important in branding, and is being used as a starting point for promoting the new service SUUTA outside the company and fostering awareness among employees so that they can take on the new service as their own. The creation of a space without standard office furniture made to manufacturer's specifications made them aware of changes in their own values, and created an office space where they can feel the meaning and comfort of coming to work.
