Sony renewed its employee cafeteria from the perspective of welfare, with the aim of providing a place where all employees can demonstrate their abilities. In the staff cafeteria of the head office, the buffet corner "Buffet Island" and "Relax Zone" were newly established as spaces for "food" and "rest", and we helped with the space concept design. Sony, which has a diverse workforce and respects individual work styles, has provided a menu with a wide variety of choices and enhanced take-out at "Buffet Island", and as a result of the renewal, the number of daily users has increased about seven times. increase. The "Relax Zone" is a functional space where workers can freely choose how to use it, and it is used not only for meals but also for individual work space, communication between employees, and refreshment.
