This is the renovation work of "Saijoen Matcha Cafe" operated by Aiya, which opened in Aeon Mall Toyokawa, the first new opening in the Higashi Mikawa region of Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture. We were in charge of design, layout and construction.
Since this was the first time for Saijoen to open a store in a section open on three sides, the challenge was to consider the flow of customer sales routes.
Together with the client, we reexamined the operational flow at the existing store and repeatedly held in-depth discussions on the customer's flow path to resolve the issue.
