Patisserie Lab Tsuji is a store-type training room of Tsuji Culinary Group's senior school "Tsuji Confectionery Research Institute" and is located on the 3rd floor of Abeno Market Park Q's Mall.
By engaging in manufacturing, operation, and sales in a system similar to that of an actual store, research students can not only learn practical confectionery making, but also comprehensively learn about the profession of patisserie. This is the first time in Japan that a store-type training room has been opened in a general commercial facility, not attached to a school.
