Hotel Metropolitan (Ikebukuro) All-day dining "Cross Dine"
Our company was in charge of renovating Crossdyne, an all-day dining restaurant with a popular buffet inside Hotel Metropolitan.
While maintaining the main concept since opening, ``Cross over dininng,'' which is a cross-over of international cuisine created by professional Japanese, Western, and Chinese chefs, we have created a new concept design concept of ``CASA VALLEY,'' which means a house with a large roof. It was made.
The open kitchen, which has a lively feel, has been powered up as a "show kitchen," and has been reborn as an open modern living-dining room with a large roof centered around the kitchen.
The pillars with a strong presence supporting the high ceiling give off a calming woody warmth.
Pendant lights, chandeliers, and brackets hanging from the ceiling give off a warm glow, creating a cozy feeling of home that always welcomes you. The space has been designed into three styles: DINING AREA, SALON STYLE AREA, and GARDEN LIVING AREA, so that customers with various purposes and numbers of different factors can comfortably use the space.
