【project overview】

"Grand Emio Oizumi Gakuen" has opened in the lower part of the urban redevelopment "Lismo Oizumi Gakuen" in the north exit area of Oizumi Gakuen. It is a commercial complex with the themes of "food×", "gatherings" × "culture" consisting of four floors from the first basement floor to the third floor, directly connected to Oizumigakuen Station. There are 28 stores such as a supermarket on the first basement floor, a café and fresh flowers on the first floor, a bakery and fashion on the second floor, and a restaurant, bookstore, and music school on the third floor. The concept of environmental design is a "live marche" for adults and a living room in the city where you can do petite "luxury". The environmental design consists of natural materials, simple concept design, a mix of natural light pouring in from the stairwell and soft lighting planning.
